Inside Sales Representative Sunstate Equipment Co.: Where Safety and People are Core Values. We care about our People and it shows!   Hiring Immediately; Pay dependent on experience and quarterly performance bonus; PAID WEEKLY! Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM (Overtime Eligible.) This is an onsite position located in Tampa, FL 33619 Exceptional Perks

Required Experience & Skills Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis.

• Minimum 1-years' experience in customer service, preferably in a role that involves directly assisting customers over the phone and in-person.

• Experience in sales, construction, or a related industry is advantageous.

• Exhibit sales abilities encompassing negotiation techniques, tracking leads, and processing orders, essential for effectively securing sales transactions.
• Collaboration with teammates in other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• You have excellent customer service skills; the ability to effectively communicate with customers while maintaining a friendly, energetic tone.
• You are good with multi-tasking, handling multiple phone lines, and able to perform under pressure as tasks will shift by priority. 
• You are detail oriented, you will handle customer transactions such as quotes, orders for deliveries, pick ups, and suggestive selling to meet sales targets. 
• Ability to learn about various construction rental equipment, attachments, and features through continuous learning and skill development.
• You are technologically capable with various software systems to perform this role: experience using AS400 or CAD systems are a plus.
