We are looking for a Receiving Lead to join our Talley team in Denver!

Summary:
The Receiving Lead is responsible for leading receiving and picking team according to Talley Procedures and work instructions. Manage and delegate with the other members of the department to maximize work productivity.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the receiving and picking department to maximize work productivity.
  • Offloading inbound material
  • Counting and inspecting all inbound material
  • Receiving product inventory/data entry
  • Put away all material received into inventory
  • Data Entry into Prelude is required for this position
  • Separating and staging material that is received from material that has not been counted
  • Finding bin locations for material that has not been previously stocked
  • Leads and prioritizes the receiving and put-away department.
  • Manage and oversee all RGA/RMAs
  • Communicate with the quality team of MRBs and RGAs
  • Communicate with sales team on inbound material and prioritize work accordingly
  • Displays strong work ethic and honesty and adheres to all company policies and procedures
  • Engages in work with a high sense of urgency, highly organized and detail oriented
  • Be open to change and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations

Qualifications

What You'll Need

  • Prelude Experience Required
  • 1 year warehouse experience
  • Less Than High School - Required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Must be able to operate a stand-up and standard forklift
  • Required to be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to bend and reach overhead
  • Ability to read and write in English. Basic math skills.
  • Customer Service skills a plus

  • Sit: Must be able to remain in a stationary position - Frequently – 21% to 50%
  • Walk: Must be able to move about inside/outside office or work location - Constantly – at least 51%
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl: Must be able to crouch down to stock shelves, pick up boxes, or position oneself to maintain computers in the lab/under desks/in server closet - Occasionally – up to 20%
