GENERAL POSITION PURPOSE: The Operations/SPOC Analyst ensures compliance with store policy & procedure, proactively corrects operational issues in stores, and reports operational results. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reviews Purchase Orders, inventory counts and sales invoices Utilizes Field Operations Manager to coach field employees to follow policies and procedures Collaborates with other departments (Supply Chain/Finance/Sales/Loss Prevention and etc.) to increase process efficiencies Reviews field and back-office procedures and recommends improvements Analyzes processes, reports the financial impact and corrects issues Resolve all incidents escalated to the Operations team from Service Now within 7 days Creates Operations Reports (FIFO, Aged Inventory, Shrink, Cash, RMA, check requests) Ensures inventory accuracy and limit company losses from unaccounted inventory (timely and thorough research) Monitors Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy, prevent loss and troubleshoot issues Troubleshoots sales transaction issues and prevents fraudulent activity and loss due to inaccuracy Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate's/Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university or 2 to 5 years of relevant business/industry work experience and or an equivalent combination of education and experience. QUALIFICATIONS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Teamwork-focused/collaborative work style Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others Maintain customer's and fields perspective as a driving force behind business decisions and activities Ability and willingness to learn new systems Professional demeanor Positive attitude about change Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating procedures. Effectively prioritizes workload in a fast paced, frequently changing environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Shortcuts, Vlookup, Pivot tables) Solid understanding of retail business operations Problem solving and analytical capabilities Ability to execute assigned tasks swiftly, efficiently, and qualitatively Position involves spending long hours sitting using computers, which requires attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Experience in a TCC store setting is desired Has a fundamental understanding of ITIL and ITSM WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
