Sales Consultant Job Expectations SALES Attain individual sales targets set by the Company. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Complete expectations with VZ Engage call campaigns and assigned VZ Engage calls set by DM/RD. Daily Follow TCC Sales Processes while selling with integrity. Daily Check-in all guests and utilize sales sheet or Digital Bundle Guide with every guest interaction. Daily Utilize Verizon Account Reviews, for all existing Verizon guests. Daily/Weekly Drive Google reviews for the store to maintain a minimum rating of 4.2 stars. Maintain an RIS score above 80%. Daily Encourage guests to opt-in to marketing and retention programs. Daily Provide an excellent guest experience. Utilize de-escalation and problem-solving skills to resolve customer escalations. Daily Check Email, Prizm, VZ InfoManager, email, and Microsoft Teams for the latest communication and promotions during working hours. Daily Maintain regional/district standards set forth by RD.Daily/Weekly/Monthly OPERATIONS Inventory Management: Ensure daily serialized counts are performed Monday through Friday, follow stated receiving, transfer, and return policies and procedures. Daily/Weekly Follow all operational procedures during each shift (open/close/mid). Daily/Weekly Follow all POS guidelines to process transactions. Daily Return all non-sell products and trade devices according to timeframe within policy. Daily/As Needed Maintain store organization, marketing/merchandise presentation and overall store appearance to provide good customer experience. Daily/Weekly Maintain store cleanliness.Daily EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT Complete individual trainings through VZ Learn, Dayforce, and any additional trainings required.As Needed Assist in onboarding and training new employees.As Needed.Attend required meetings and trainings.This includes both in-person and virtual. As Needed. STAFFING Consistently recruit and promote TCC within the community. Daily INDIVIDUAL EXPECTATIONS Track progress of personal performance goals. Daily Shift readiness be on time and in stated dress code. Daily Review Store Support communications and complete tasks in a timely manner.Daily Live out the 5 Promises with coworkers, customers, and in the community. Daily Clock in and out for all shifts.
