Overview

BlueWater Federal is currently seeking an individual to fill the role of Customer Service Specialist in the Columbus, Ohio area.


Responsibilities

• Responsible for initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders.
• Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications request.
• Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear.
• Assisting customers with DISA/Storefront, submitting Telecommunication Service Requests, tracking and updating customers on Telecommunication Service Request orders in the system, etc.


Qualifications

• Associate's degree is preferred
• 2+ years of IT experience, preferably within telecom provisioning
• Must have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one
