Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for an Information Management Strategist to support the CENTCOM Command and Control Division to develop and execute plans for the management and dissemination of pertinent, quality information for HQ USCENTCOM and its Component commands. 


Responsibilities

  • Serve as CCJ36 SME for information sharing policy and strategy to include all relevant aspects of coalition interoperability at HQ USCENTCOM.
  • Serve as a technical liaison/coordinator for directorate technological innovations and implementations.
  • Analyze information policies, practices, and flows to bridge information sharing gaps and streamline processes.
  • CCJ36 lead for the information sharing aspects of U.S. and partner nation networks in support of directorate and coalition interoperability for steady state and contingency operations.
  • Conduct liaison on information sharing and interoperability issues with supporting organizations, departments, and agencies on behalf of the CCJ3.

Qualifications

  • Must have 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must have an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with SharePoint, Tasker Management Tool (TMT), Maven Smart System, ADVANA, C2IE, and JIRA
  • Familiarity with Middle Eastern culture and customs; willingness to travel to AOR countries to assist with Coalition engagements.
  • Familiarity with DOD regulations pertaining to IM/KM, Information Technology, Coalition Interoperability, FMS, and SharePoint practices.
  • Ability to give presentations to senior members of US and Coalition defense organizations.
  • Operational, working knowledge of Command and Control (C2), communications, and information systems utilized by Joint Commands and experience with military deployments, exercises, and preparations.
