The opportunity

  • Based in Australia, Indonesia, Fiji or Papua New Guinea
  • Full-time ongoing role
  • Lead efforts to promote transformative change for women and girls, deepening localisation, fostering collaboration, and driving innovative solutions.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical services in gender equality, disability inclusion, and social justice to clients.
  • Drive business development strategies, crafting winning proposals and securing partnerships.
  • Build strong client relationships across government, private, and community sectors.
  • Mentor and support teams to foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Coach and co-lead with Inclusion Practice members in the GEDSI Community of Practice activities and thought leadership articles.
  • Lead key initiatives that align with Tetra Tech's strategic priorities and commitment to inclusion.

 

Selection criteria

  • Degree in Business Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in inclusion, with demonstrated success in business development.
  • Knowledge of Australian Government Aid Programs and related policies (DFAT GEDSI, Child Protection, PSEAH).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in tender design, program development, and team leadership.
