Your Role:

Tetra Tech is looking for the right candidate to support the EGS Southwest business operations team.  This position will support project managers, architects, engineers, planners, and technical staff in the Asset Management and Planning Program.  Overall duties and responsibilities support the development of organized and efficient standardized workflows, bank of proposal support materials (i.e., resumes, project descriptions, capability statements), marketing materials, and a standardized electronic records management system/data warehouse for business operations.  Implementation experience of a client relationship management program desired.
•    Provide proposal development, organization, and support to project managers, including technical writing.
•    Provide marketing support, developing marketing materials (cutsheets, brochures, handouts, slick sheets, conference posters, web content, etc.) conveying Tetra Tech's Asset Management & Planning program.
•    Support and develop strategic and targeted marketing strategies over short, medium, and long-term planning horizons for specific clients.
•    Provide quality assurance and technical editing on deliverables prior to delivery to the client.
•    Responsible for the development of proposals, presentations, qualifications, and questionnaires, based on technical analyses and information provided by other departments
•    Process COI requests, BD Portal Updates, and business development status updates
•    Analyze Requests for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQs/RFPs) and develop proposal directives, outlines, and templates for the proposal team
•    Set-up and facilitate proposal kickoff calls, status calls, and Pink/Red/Gold Team review calls as required, working closely with the assigned Operations or Technical Lead
•    Set the proposal schedule and budget, coordinating with the Operations or Technical Lead.
•    Track proposal budgets and schedules and ensure budgets and deadlines are met
•    Prepare focused, project-specific resumes, project descriptions, corporate background information, and technical approach information as required for proposals and presentations
•    Organize and edit proposal information to improve language, grammar, and sentence structure
•    Provide formatting support or supervise others providing formatting and production support for proposals
•    Monitor client online procurement systems for opportunities; submit required documents via procurement systems
•    Review input from the proposal team to ensure an RFQ/RFP-compliant statement of qualifications/proposal
•    Provide marketing support, developing marketing materials (cutsheets, brochures, handouts, slick sheets, conference posters, web content, etc.)
•    Maintain tracking of proposal lifecycle from initial capture planning through close out, ensuring that spreadsheets and databases receive regular content and status updates.
•    Support the development of short-list presentations and other presentations as requested, coordinating with technical staff and graphics specialists as necessary
•    Support maintaining current qualifications content in marketing folders or databases
•    Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
•    Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline, knowledge and awareness.
•    Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
•    Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; or significant work experience or 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role 
•    Previous experience working in the architecture-engineering industry with federal and state/Municipal clients desired
•    Willingness and ability to travel as needed, approximately X%.
•    Independent self-starter
•    Strong editing and writing skills
•    Experience with municipal/state and federal proposals
•    Understanding proposals/SF330s a plus
•    Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, strive for flawless execution of projects and demands exceptional digital and physical file organization
•    Ability to coordinate and lead multiple action items simultaneously to meet strict deadlines.
•    Ability to effectively communicate with management, technical, graphics, and support personnel
•    Ability to think creatively when envisioning potential graphics, color choices, and cover designs that would enhance our proposals and presentations
•    Experience with PC-based Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Suite
•    Flexible and adaptable, willing to learn new software and proficiencies

This position requires the candidate to be a U.S. Citizen due to the projects they will be working on.

The salary range for this position is $65 to $75 per hour. Please note that Tetra Tech considers various factors in determining pay, including but not limited to: education, relevant and demonstrated work experience in the role, skills, geographic location, qualifications, certifications, and other competencies relevant to the needs of the business. 
  

This position requires a CAC card, CUI Enclave Access and/or a Security Clearance, a background check will be completed.
