The opportunity
- Permanent full-time role based in Australia – hybrid, remote, or in-office arrangements available
- Lead strategic growth, drive technical excellence, and foster impactful partnerships across Australia and the Indo-Pacific.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Humanitarian Preparedness and Response practice area
- Develop and execute strategic positioning and marketing initiatives
- Build and manage client relationships across public and private sectors
- Oversee complex project delivery, ensuring quality and compliance
- Drive business development through bid leadership and market intelligence
- Mentor teams and foster cross-sector collaboration
- Represent Tetra Tech in policy dialogues and strategic forums
Selection criteria
- Bachelor's degree (postgraduate preferred) in a relevant field
- Extensive experience in humanitarian preparedness, civil-military coordination, or related sectors
- Proven success in business development and bid management
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Commercial acumen and financial analysis skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative and inclusive approach
