RESPONSIBILITIES:- Conduct routine field safety audits and inspections to identify and correct potential hazards.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to employees on safety initiatives and corrective actions.
- Develop and standardize JSAs across regions.
- Verify LOTO, energized work, confined space, and fall protection.
- Support water/wastewater and municipal project safety requirements.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes.
- Support client, regulatory, and government audits.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Train and coach field employees and supervisors.
- Track and report safety performance metrics.
- Evaluate equipment and processes to ensure safety standards are met.
COVERAGE:
- West Texas, South Texas, Oklahoma, North Dakota.
- Offshore support: GoA and California Offshore.
- Remote support as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years safety experience in oil & gas or industrial services.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and offshore safety requirements.
- Experience with energized systems, automation, and I&E work.
- Experience with safety management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in conducting safety training sessions.
- Knowledge of safety inspection and auditing techniques.
- Physical ability to perform inspections in various environments.
- Basic understanding of first aid and emergency response procedures.

- Must be a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a commitment to quality, accuracy, with the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and excellent communication (written and oral) skills.
- Strong problem solving, technical, and functional skills with the ability to multi-task and be willing to learn.
- Must be able to work collaboratively and cooperatively, take direction, work well in a team environment, and interact with all levels of management, engineering, systems, operations and field personnel.
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple projects.

- Must have a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the United States.
