Your Role:

Tetra Tech's Disaster Response Division (TDR) is currently hiring for a Logistics Inventory Specialist.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the logistics team in fulfilling supply requests during high volume periods
• Schedule and track deliveries to job sites; resolve delays by coordinating with vendors and customers.
• Maintain logistics documentation and update inventory systems.
• Previous experience in Materials and/or Inventory Tracking is desirable.
• Analyze stock charge in/outs on material for validity to the product structure.
• Track needs that come into the logistics inbox to help ensure all operational needs are met
• Provide general administrative and warehouse support as necessary to the department
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
• Perform duties in a warehouse operations environment with some physical exertion; both inside and outside work in all weather conditions.
• This position requires occasional travel across the US.

Qualifications:

• Be detailed oriented
• Be organized and have good time management skills.
• Be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Logistics or customer service experience
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel
• The ability to work in a team setting

It is understood that your employment is to be on an "at will" basis.
