BridgeNet International is looking for a Senior Program Analyst. This role will support FAA in the design and implementation of new flight procedures for key airspaces nationwide. The position will participate in onsite workgroup meetings, conduct analysis of operational and environmental factors, and advise the workgroups on the feasibility and benefits/impacts of proposed designs.
Must be available to travel to onsite workgroup meetings with FAA based on the locations of upcoming airspace projects.
Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Advise workgroup teams on the feasibility of proposed designs, based on screening analysis conducted using proprietary tools
Provide operational data and develop graphics for environmental specialists for use in noise analysis and for future community involvement tasks/activities
Provide support to ensure project meets environmental and operational feasibility/ requirements
During the workgroup, distribute documents and lead discussions as needed
Support initial environmental review to determine what level of environmental review is needed. If necessary, support conducting CATEX related tasks
Support HQ lead with reporting needs as required
Ensure that IFP development is updated in appropriate FAA system (e.g., APWS) and that all necessary actions, project status, and notifications are completed and archived with required project documentation to system (when applicable)
The successful candidate will have:
10 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience in aviation, airports, and airspace. Preferred experience in air traffic control and/or instrument flight procedure design
Excellent communication skills – written and oral. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in-person
Computer skills including MS Office.
Preferred experience with FAA tools such as TARGETS
Ability to learn new software programs, including our proprietary tools for air traffic analysis and visualization
Salary: $120K-$135K/year Compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications.
