The Opportunity:
Tetra Tech is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Miami, FL to lead complex municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects across South Florida. This role offers the chance to take ownership of high-impact projects involving collection and conveyance systems, pump stations, storage, treatment, and rehabilitation.

Your Role:
Serve as project executive and technical lead for multidisciplinary water/wastewater infrastructure projects
Act as the primary point of contact for municipal and utility clients across South Florida
Lead and support business development efforts, including proposals, interviews, and strategic teaming
Manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and QA/QC for planning, design, and construction-phase services
Oversee and perform design tasks including hydraulic modeling, permitting, and technical documentation
Provide construction-phase services such as contractor coordination, RFIs, submittal reviews, and site visits
Collaborate with regional leadership to drive practice growth and staff development
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's a plus)
Florida PE license (required)
10+ years of progressive experience in municipal water/wastewater infrastructure projects
Expertise in AutoCAD and design software; GIS and stormwater planning experience is a plus
Proven track record of project delivery, client management, and team leadership
Strong business development acumen and proposal writing/interview experience
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
