We're looking for a sonographer who is not just technically skilled, but also flexible and adaptable. Your eye for detail and exceptional patient service will be key in performing high-quality diagnostic imaging services in our dynamic and ever-changing medical facility.
You'll use ultrasonic equipment to perform diagnostic sonography examinations in various modes and techniques. You will also schedule tests and adhere to infection control and quality assurance guidelines. Your keen listening, independent judgment, and attention to detail make you an asset in helping physicians diagnose and treat a diverse range of conditions in our community, where your work directly impacts the health and well-being of our patients.
The successful Sonographer has:
- Graduated from an AMA-approved Ultrasound program
- Current RDMS certification from ARDMS and BCLS
- Preferably, 2 years' experience as a Sonographer
- A good grasp of sterile technique and experience with interventional procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication and people skills with the ability to multi-task
