The Stepping Stones Group is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Supervisor to join our team in schools in Stamford, CT! Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in CT and in good standing with the BACB
- Eligible to supervise practicum students and BCBA candidates
- Deliver behavioral support services including assisting with functional behavioral assessments, generating behavioral support plans, developing data collection methods, and supervising direct service providers.
- Conduct needs assessments with school district focused on addressing acute student and program and professional development needs.
- Effectively partner with school district leadership, classroom and student teams, and SSG IBSS Program Supervisors and Behavior Technicians to launch, implement, and assure quality with assigned district.
