Description
Main function:
- Team with the Director-Practice Management, Nurse Manager, Medical Director to manage the day to day operations and administrative functions of HealthWorks.
- Promotes HealthWorks programs, direct sales for HW, ensuring excellent customer service, operational problem-solving, financial monitoring.
- Maintain accountability to HW clients & the Federal Dept. of Transportation as the third party administrator for the random drug & alcohol programs management.
- The manager works with IT services for the Systoc Occupational software management and training.
QUALIFICATIONS
- DATIA certification as Consortium Third Party Administrator (CTPA) required or ability to attain certification at the next available DATIA training seminar required
- Progressive successful management experience required
EDUCATION
- Required: Associate degree in management or equivalent experience.
- Bachelors preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Five years' experience working in a clinic setting required, preferably in Occupational Medicine.
- At least one year of management experience required
- At least two years of customer interfacing experience required; sales experience preferred
- Successful experience using electronic medical records and/or practice management/billing systems required.
Pay Range: $25.00 -$35.00
Starting Range: Based on Experience
