Patient Service Representative Position Summary

The primary function of a Patient Service Representative is to provide administrative support for the Primary and Specialty Care practices. The PSR is responsible for greeting patients and patient check in and check out; verification and maintenance of patient insurance/financial information; patient communication with required staff; patient scheduling and medical history in the EHR system, and additional office-specific tasks as instructed.

Patient Service Representative Position Requirements

  • Previous physician office experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Experience with electronic health record preferred.
  • High School graduate or equivalent required.

Patient Service Representative Work Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, Day Shift
