Premier Acceptance, a Tom Wood company, is looking to add a Collections Account Specialist to our team! Premier is a leading automotive financial lender. We work with a large number of franchise and independent dealers within Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. Our team provides top-notch customer care throughout the life of the loan.

Responsibilities
- Meet collection goals to allow for a performing portfolio and the credit advancement of our customers
- Build relationships with customers to assure long term success of their accounts
- Work with other members of the team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Complete documentation and maintain compliance for assigned accounts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Collections, customer retention experience required
- High School diploma required, some college is preferred
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a ability to thrive in a team environment
- Working knowledge of the consumer loan collections process
- Must be customer focused and comfortable in a fast past environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual, English & Spanish a plus
