Tom Wood Group is seeking a full-time Luxury BDC Agent to work at the Tom Wood Home Office. Automotive BDC experience is a MUST, Luxury is preferred. This individual will communicate effectively in order to fulfill all BDC duties for our 4 luxury stores.

Pay: 18/ hour with bonus structure 

Schedule: Monday-Friday and some Saturdays from 9a - 6p 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Completing Daily Checklists/Paperwork
• Brand Ambassador
• Ability to understand the needs of each luxury brand and deliver a world-class experience
• Outbound and Inbound phone calls
• Providing high-end customer service
• Reaching number expectations daily
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to communicate professionally via email and over the phone with co-workers and customers
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge base of the luxury dealerships/brands
• Open communication with the dealership service department

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• BDC experienced REQUIRED 
• Luxury BDC strongly preferred
• Excellent Customer service skills required 
• Strong attention to detail and organization 
• Ability to work well independently and with others
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate/enter data into established databases
• Great Attendance Record and Punctuality is a must

This is an in-office position.
