RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer's expectations; providing industry leading customer service
• Maximize opportunities through prospecting efforts, including follow-up calls, in-bound phone inquiries, and walk-in customers
• Develop customer relationships for yourself and the business through effective first impressions and exceptional service
• Demonstrate ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct test drives to demonstrate key vehicle features for customers
• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and closing sales
• Maintain a positive and professional image of yourself and the company at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.
• Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy and talent.
• The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, with a positive team player attitude
• Automotive dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Basic MS Office knowledge
• MUST have a valid driver's license with a CLEAN record
