Powersport enthusiast LOOK HERE! Indian Motorcycle of Lexington is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Title Clerk to join our team. We continue to build operations to support an elite team of Powersports experts!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
- Prepare tax and title documents.
- Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Provide due diligence in overall title work processing and administration
- Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks
- Unit inventory processing
- Bank deposits
- Other assigned tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Documentation Specialist a PLUS
- Prior experience as Title Clerk
- Dealership experience preferred
- Motorcycle license a plus
- Driver's license with clean driving record
