  • Facility: Trinitas Regional Medical Center - New Point Campus.
  • 13-week contract length with opportunity for extension.
  • BLS certification required; IV Certification highly preferred.
  • The role involves floating amongst 3 LTC units as needed.
  • Patient mix includes LTC, sub-acute rehab, and psych.
  • Responsible for assessment, clinical documentation, medication and treatment administration, admission, discharge and transfer of residents.
  • Facility does not accept travel pairs.
  • Scrub color: Any.
    Job Requirements
  • One year of experience required.
  • BLS certification mandatory.
  • IV Certification highly preferred.
  • Able to perform admitted resident assessments and clinical documentation.
  • Capable of handling medication administration and treatment procedures.
  • Experience with admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.
    Schedule Information
  • 13 weeks contract length.
  • Every other weekend requirement.
    Unit Specific Information
  • 4-North and 5-North consist of a 41-bed unit.
  • 4-South and 5-South consist of a 21-bed unit.
  • Responsibilities include floating among 3 LTC units, depending on staff schedule.
    Additional Details
  • First-time travelers accepted.
  • Support unit includes C.N.A.s, LVNs, Nurses, and a Nurse Manager.
  • Will float amongst 3 LTC units.
  • Patient Ratio: 1:15+ (ratios may increase if floated).
