Description
Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time (0.9 FTE) Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care & Pediatrics - Northwest Grand Rapids Team located in Walker, Michigan.
Practice Features:
- Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital
- Pleasant office to work at with a great culture that values teamwork and collaboration. APP will work alongside a dedicated team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
- Office currently has 5 physicians and 3 APPs
- Monday - Friday, 36 hours/week
- Building also offers Trinity Health Lab - NW for convenient on-site access
- Strong support staff including a robust triage team, MAs, 2 Social Workers, 1 Care Manager, and 1 Pharm D
- No call requirement
Qualifications:
- Experience required.
- APPs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment.
- State of Michigan license required at time of employment.
- DEA license
- BLS certification and maintain recertification.
