Summary of Job Duties: This position will be in our Springdale location at the Schmieding Center for Senior Health and Education. The Physical Therapist performs diagnostic testing and treatment and consults with staff regarding programming recommendations. Supports treatment plan development for patients in outpatient with emphasis in orthopedic and spine conditions.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy
Two years PT experience with orthopedic and sports therapy patients
Current Arkansas license
Must have a strong background in treatment of orthopedic conditions.
Ability to read, write and communicate to clinic staff, physicians and the public.
Must possess good hand-eye coordination and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
Must have ability to conduct and interpret tests administered to patients.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's or DPT degree
Certified MDT and/or OCS
Four years PT experience
Current Arkansas license
Bilingual skills (Spanish-English) preferred.
Ability to read, write and communicate to clinic staff, physicians and the public.
Must possess good hand-eye coordination and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
Must have ability to conduct and interpret tests administered to patients.
