Clinical Team Leader - RN Details

Essential Job Duties:

  • Accountable to for the management of clinical nursing practice and patient care, and specific assignments when asked by the Practice Manager.
  • Responsible for nursing staff schedules
  • Identifies specific needs and problems within the department and consults with the Practice Manager as necessary
  • Participates in committees assigned which are concerned with the improvement of patient care
  • Encourages staff participation in clinic-wide committees and activities
  • Monitors and evaluates the quality of patient care.
  • Functions as a liaison among staff, department and physicians.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
  • Must have active IN RN license
  • Must have active BLS certification

License/Certification:

  • BLS certification
  • IN RN license
