Clinical Team Leader - RN Details
Essential Job Duties:
- Accountable to for the management of clinical nursing practice and patient care, and specific assignments when asked by the Practice Manager.
- Responsible for nursing staff schedules
- Identifies specific needs and problems within the department and consults with the Practice Manager as necessary
- Participates in committees assigned which are concerned with the improvement of patient care
- Encourages staff participation in clinic-wide committees and activities
- Monitors and evaluates the quality of patient care.
- Functions as a liaison among staff, department and physicians.
Qualifications:
- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Must have active IN RN license
- Must have active BLS certification
License/Certification:
- BLS certification
- IN RN license
