General Maintenance Details
Essential Job Duties:
- Maintains and repairs laundry equipment, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and immediate corrective actions as needed.
- Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the laundry department and tools.
- Operates, repairs, and maintains laundry support equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironers.
- Performs electrical installations, modifications, and heavy lifting tasks.
- Adheres to policies, follows schedules, and maintains equipment cleanliness while demonstrating compliance and knowledge of procedures.
Qualifications:
- Electrical and mechanical background with blueprint and specification interpretation skills.
- Familiarity with pneumatic controls and flow diagrams.
- Proficiency in following written instructions.
- Understanding of required supplies and equipment for facility operations.
