Job Description: The Department of Surgery at the University of Vermont College of Medicine invites applications for a Urologist position within the Division of Urology. We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible professional for an appointment at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level on the clinical scholar pathway. This role involves general urologic patient care, as well as advanced training in oncology/robotic surgery, endourology, and management of complex genito-urinary oncology and urinary stone diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality urologic patient care.
- Participate in teaching medical students and urology residents.
- Engage in administrative, teaching, clinical, and research activities of an academic division.
- Advanced training and experience in oncology, robotic surgery, endourology, and urinary stone disease management is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Urology.
- Completed a board-approved urology residency.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Vermont and eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience in academic division activities.
