Job Title: Orthopedic Hand Surgeon
Location: Westerly, RI
University Orthopedics is seeking a Hand and Orthopedic Surgeon to join our Westerly, Rhode Island office. The position has been created by our successful expansion in Southern Rhode Island and our continued partnership with Westerly Hospital. The successful candidate will have patient office hours in our Westerly, Rhode Island office and will operate at Westerly Hospital with some outpatient work being possible at the University Orthopedics East Bay Surgery Center. Orthopedic On Call responsibilities will be at Westerly Hospital. The Call at Westerly Hospital will be General Orthopedics and not Hand Specific.
Minimum requirements for this position include being Orthopedic board eligible or board certified with fellowship training in Hand Surgery. We will prefer candidates who will prefer a practice in both general Orthopedics as well as in Hand Surgery. Training or experience with a strong clinical background with a commitment to excellence in patient care is required.
