Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plays a vital role in facilitating agreements for Commercial Banking RMs and Treasury Solutions Sales Officers and critical to pricing and client deal negotiations.
- Manage product development process required to bring new products to market. Assist in driving product development and enhancements and maintain product road map. Monitor customers/prospects for awareness of needs and perspectives.
- Review competitor offerings and speak with vendors to keep abreast of industry trends.
- Develop business case to support new product recommendations. Submit required documentation to obtain internal approval to move forward with product development/enhancement initiatives.
- Manage the project plan, development process, and testing phase of the product in conjunction with PMO. Manage vendor relationships and hold vendors accountable for relevant SLAs.
- Conduct training sessions for new products and review sessions for existing products as needed. Assist in tracking and reporting product performance throughout the lifecycle including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization.
- Assist with analysis that drives product pricing.
- Draft and execute internal product communication and training.
- Identify and resolve processing issues, enhancements and serve as subject matter expert related to tailoring product offering to complex, specific client needs.
