Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.</span></em><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Job Duties & Functions:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>Supervise licensed and unlicensed Clinical Training Specialists to ensure training quality, prioritization, and alignment with organizational needs.</li> <li>Monitor and ensure compliance with licensure, regulatory, and accreditation standards.</li> <li>Collaborate with People Operations, Quality Improvement, Compliance, Finance, and clinical leadership to maintain accurate training records and integrate audit findings into training content.</li> <li>Develop and facilitate engaging, high-quality clinical training programs (live, virtual, asynchronous) aligned with adult learning principles.</li> <li>Oversee specialized training initiatives such as APA continuing education, Measurement-Based Care, deem status programs, Peer Specialist certification, and LAC/CAC certification.</li> <li>Lead development and implementation of tailored training plans for clinical staff.</li> <li>Conduct training needs assessments, maintain LMS (e.g., HealthStream), evaluate training quality, and submit regular reports on impact and attendance.</li> <li>Develop and implement effective Electronic Health Record training to ensure compliance and billing accuracy.</li> <li>Provide clinical consultation and support to teams navigating complex care scenarios and regulatory changes.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.</span></li> </ul> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Requirements & Qualifications:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health disciplines.</li> <li>LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Equivalent</li> </ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>2 years of direct clinical experience.</li> <li>2 years designing and delivering clinical training programs.</li> <li>2 years managing people, projects, and programs.</li> <li>Proficiency with EHR systems, LMS platforms, and eLearning authoring tools.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <hr> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Work Location: </span></strong>This role is performed in a hybrid work setting with occasional local travel to WellPower sites and partner locations, as well as potential travel to conferences such as CBHC and NatCon. The work environment is a standard office setting with no significant exposure to noise, fumes, or extreme temperatures. There are no safety hazards beyond those typically found in an office environment.</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong><span data-contrast="none">Shift/Hours:</span></strong> <span data-contrast="none">This is a Monday-Friday hybrid opportunity with </span>some weekends and evenings hours required.</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Physical Requirements:</span></strong> This position requires sitting, standing, bending, and reaching throughout the workday. It may involve lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds. Manual dexterity is necessary to operate standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and fax machines.
