POSITION: Staffing Coordinator
SCHEDULE : Full-Time TEMP (3 months) Monday-Friday 8AM- 4:30PM
*Option for permanent role likely available following contract assignment
FACILITY : Wexford Health Sources corporate office
LOCATION : Green Tree, Pittsburgh, PA

POSITION SUMMARY
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the staffing department. It is important to be an organized self-starter who has the ability to juggle many tasks while also being able to differentiate between tasks that need immediate attention. Reports to Manager of Staffing.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Produce and send daily reports
2. Act as the Kronos System Administrator for the applicant tracking system (i.e. upload job descriptions, manage forms, etc.)
3. Update staffing forms as needed (job requisition, offer variance tracking, etc.)
4. Process 401(k) booklets and restock booklets in HR file room
5. Complete transition process from beginning to end and coordinate processing of new hire paperwork
6. Schedule on site interviews
7. Process all candidates' paperwork
8. Follow up with candidates on outstanding paperwork needed to move forward with hiring process
9. Process clearances
10. Create offer letters
11. Send orientation email and documents to site managers and regional managers
12. Enter all new employees' orientation data into Kronos
13. Maintain and update orientation paperwork in Kronos

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Gather/organize credentialing documents for all provider candidates
2. Follow-up with credentialing for provisional approvals
3. Assist with coordinating open interview days, conferences and luncheons
4. Ship booths, tablecloths, flyers and giveaways to events and coordinate return shipments
5. Manage giveaway inventory and coordinate ordering of new products with marketing
6. Any and all other duties as assigned/required by managers and peers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

CERTIFICATION: None required
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Experience as an Administrative Assistant
• Proficient in the use of computer, dictating and copying equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
• Experience with applicant tracking software a plus.

• Must possess critical thinking skills and ability to independently solve problems
• Must have basic computer skills (including software programs like Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Must be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is capable of performing under a variety of requirements and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Must be a committed self-starter, possess excellent editing skills, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a highly collaborative team environment
