Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at REACH by RentCafe, a leading digital marketing agency owned by Yardi. In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of duties typical of REACH, but with a primary focus on marketing and selling our Internet Listing Services (ILS) solutions. Your expertise will be key in driving business growth through consultative partnerships with our valued clients in the multifamily industry. As a critical member of the team, you'll work to position REACH as the go-to provider for exceptional digital marketing solutions, with a special emphasis on our ILS offerings. What You'll Do:

  • Present REACH by RentCafe's digital marketing solutions to Yardi clients in a consultative manner, effectively showcasing our products and services
  • Act as a marketing expert, providing valuable assistance and guidance to other marketing professionals (your clients)
  • Use your sales expertise to cultivate and manage a strong sales pipeline at both the property, regional, and corporate levels
  • Deeply understand the renter's journey by analyzing client websites, leveraging industry data and research, and identifying pain points to recommend appropriate REACH solutions
  • Apply a consultative sales approach, effectively collaborating with prospects from the regional operations level and marketing department to the C-suite, guiding them from discovery to close
  • Contribute creatively to the development and execution of outbound call and email campaigns
  • 50% minimum travel within your designated region

Who You Are:

  • Prior experience selling digital marketing services (SEO/PPC) or equivalent and/or experience as a marketing manager with digital marketing expertise
  • Solid knowledge base in sales and the ability to apply sales principles (e.g., lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal development, account management and closure)
  • High comfort level interfacing with C-level decision makers
  • Qualification, proposal development, account management and closure
  • Ability to effectively executive sales strategies using a consultative approach and relationship building techniques
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field

Helpful to Have:

  • Yardi domain experience
  • Experience in the multifamily housing industry or related commercial real estate field
