About the Role:
Yardi is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to help drive sales by delivering expert, high-impact product demonstrations that showcase the value of Yardi's software solutions to prospective clients. Supporting a specific market segment (SMD, Mid-Market, or Enterprise), you'll manage demo environments, create sales tools, train team members, and share market insights with internal teams. You'll also support CRM management, attend industry events, maintain product certifications, and meet performance goals. What You'll Do:
- Serve as a subject matter expert during the sales process executed through successful product demonstration, solid client interaction, and presentation of Yardi's value proposition.
- Utilize your exceptional presentation skills to deliver comprehensive product demonstrations with a consultative approach.
- Set up demo systems, demo data, and manage presentation projects with a visionary mindset.
- Collaborate with sales professionals to contribute to their sales strategies and cycles.
- Assist in the creation of sales tools, ROI calculators, demo scripts, demo presentations, and demo data.
- Provide product training to the sales team.
- Work closely with product development and marketing to gather prospect and customer feedback.
- Participate in product webinars, tradeshows, sales seminars, and user conferences as required.
- Aid in the development and implementation of marketing materials and programs to promote Yardi's software solutions.
- Develop and expand technical and functional knowledge of assigned products and hone demonstration skills through regular client and prospect presentations.
- Meet or exceed annual performance goals and sales support targets as set by management.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, accounting, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five plus (5+) years of successful software sales or presales experience in the relevant Yardi industry (Senior Living, Residential Property Management, etc.)
- Advanced Client Relationship Management (CRM) proficiency
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
- Comprehensive understanding of sales strategies and consultative selling and relationship-building techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Proven ability to build relationships with team members and clients of all levels
- Excellent influencing and communication skills
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Proven success understanding and demonstrating technical products
- Ability to manage a sales demonstration environment
- High responsiveness with proven client-centered commitment and focus
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
