What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, test, and implement software enhancements and components.
• Deliver new features and contribute to ongoing system improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects to support application quality and performance.
• Apply AI-assisted development practices and AI-enabled technologies in daily development work.
• Expand technical knowledge and depth while contributing to engineering initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two (2) years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages or frameworks (e.g., Go, React,
• JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or equivalent)
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and query optimization techniques
• Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience managing client-side application logic using JavaScript or TypeScript
• Working knowledge of multi-layer application architecture, including database, server, and client technologies
• Understanding of functional programming concepts and the ability to apply those concepts
• across multiple software languages or frameworks
• Familiarity with automated testing tools, code analysis tools, and modern software development workflows
• Basic understanding of AI concepts, AI-assisted development tools, and integrating external services or APIs into applications
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently on defined tasks and deliver quality solutions
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities, identify dependencies, and meet deadlines

Ideal to Have:

• Experience with modern development practices (e.g., CI/CD, containerization, microservices)
• Exposure to cloud platforms and cloud-native application development
• Familiarity with scalable system design concepts and performance optimization techniques
• Experience with web or mobile applications
• Experience integrating AI services, machine learning APIs, or intelligent application features
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and code quality tooling

Annual Salary Range: $130,000-$138,000
