- Minimum 1 year PCU experience
- EKG knowledge skills - IV Cardiac Medication administration
- Peritoneal Dialysis, Chronic Vents, Chest Tubes, Epidural Catheters, PCA pumps, Transvenous pacing, Arterial or Venous Sheath pulling/care
- Schedule Information
- 7A-7P or 7P-7A 12 hour shifts days or nights
- 3 shifts per week required
- Upon discussion, we may allow scheduling of 4 shifts per week at regular rates if the candidate prefers
- Unit Specific Information
- Equipment utilized in the unit includes Philips Cardiac Monitors, Tele, Welch Allyn Vital Signs Monitors, Invasive monitoring
- Medtronic Pacemakers
- Cerner EMR
- Pyxis Med dispenser
- Zoll R series, Sigma Spectrum IV pumps, Mistral Air Warming units
- Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: 14
- Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 1RN to 3-4 PCU patients depending on acuity
- Dress Code: Scrubs, no black/camo, Business appropriate hair color
