  • Entry-Level: $22–$25/hr

  • Experienced Technicians: $40–$45/hr (based on qualifications)

Position Overview

We are hiring an Electronic Assembly Shop Technician (Electronic Circuitry/Parts Assembler I) to assist with the assembly, wiring, and testing of our power distribution products. This position is perfect for both entry-level candidates eager to train and experienced technicians ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and wire power distribution equipment, including panels, busbars, and enclosures

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

  • Use hand/power tools to cut, crimp, and assemble components

  • Perform quality checks and ensure precision craftsmanship

  • Follow OSHA and NEC safety protocols

  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to meet production goals

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation

  • Troubleshoot and report any production issues

Entry-Level Candidates Should Have:

  • Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical assembly

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to follow instructions and technical drawings

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Reliable work ethic and eagerness to learn

Preferred for Experienced Candidates:

  • Prior experience in panel building, low voltage systems, or electrical assembly

  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics

  • Familiarity with NEC, UL 508A, or similar electrical standards

  • Knowledge of components such as breakers, relays, switches, and starters

  • Experience tying BOMs to electrical schematics
