Machine Molding Operator - Leading Optics Company
Location: Rochester, NY
Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift Available Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay: $17.00 - $18.00/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain molding machines to produce high-quality optical components.
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience operating molding machines preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
