Job Title: Test Technician
Location: Anaheim, CA
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $21+/hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our team in Anaheim, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow in a dynamic manufacturing and testing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing, troubleshooting, and evaluating products to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Perform functional and performance testing on products and components.
- Operate and maintain testing equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Document test results, analyze data, and report findings.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, working closely with engineering and production teams.
- Follow testing procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Assist in process improvements and recommend enhancements to testing procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- High school graduate or 3-5 years in a machining/manufacturing environment.
- Must possess the ability to read English and comprehend technical writing.
- Must have good math skills and be proficient at operating computers including the use of Google ® or Microsoft ® applications. Performing Data entry.
- Demonstrate a commitment to good safety practices.
- Able to use measuring tools like calipers.
- Able to use other tools like soldering irons, wrenches, etc.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Able to always work collaboratively to support all functions, customers, and suppliers.
- Able to multitask and prioritize work.
- Perform ‘clean as you go' housekeeping practices.
- Previous experience as a Test Technician or in a related technical role.
- Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must comply with ITAR requirements.
