Title and Summary
Director, Product Management - Authentication Overview:The Mastercard Authentication Program owns how consumer authentication works for remote commerce transactions. Its purpose is to develop and deliver best-of-breed authentication products that drive adoption and penetration. The authentication product that falls within this role's responsibility is ID Check, inclusive of solutions that augment the effectiveness of ecosystem stakeholders such as ACS providers.
Specifically, the Director is responsible for spearheading the launch of solutions that scale authentication assets and optimize authentication rates, including for ID Check and ACS providers. The Director will develop the strategy, assess opportunities, create the product construct, manage performance, prioritize features and functionality, and develop long-term plans. This individual will partner with various stakeholders to achieve success such as with Global Identity, Regional Product, Engineering, Product Design, Product Development, Platform Design, Franchise, Legal and Pricing and Commercialization Teams.

• Find the product's unique selling point
• Lead pricing and business case development
• Draft business requirements and Epics
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for launch
• Test and adjust to ensure product/market fit
• Make a plan to execute on the product strategy
• Drive Global and Regional Studio engagement
• Partner on GTM activities (e.g., FSM, announcements)
Role Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience with Authentication platform and solutions
• Proven experience in product strategy and management
• Demonstrated experience with successful project management
• Comfortable with dynamic working environment
