WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Senior Manager, Field Services will be able to satisfy the following duties satisfactorily:

  • Lead the team of Regional Customer Service Managers and Equipment Installation Manager
  • Drive productivity and cost improvement in customer service and equipment installations
  • Develop and oversee safety management system for direct and contract field teams
  • Track and manage reliability program for customer equipment systems
  • Collaborate with engineering team on equipment installation designs and improvements
  • Manage budgets and schedules for field service and installations
  • Contribute to the overall effort of maintaining existing/future customers through effective management of personnel, and company assets.
  • Contribute to management of the Company's food safety systems for the purpose of maximizing the efficacy and efficiency of Safe Foods intervention systems.
  • Address requests from the Company's customers, Operations, Account Management Team and Distributors to resolve issues related to the efficient and effective operation of the Company's food safety interventions.
  • Implement process and programs that enhance the following:
  • Direct and Indirect personnel training for Safe Foods equipment.
  • Quarterly/Annual audits/reviews.
  • Team performance and personnel assessments.
  • Company asset management.
  • Safety and Environmental.
  • Daily oversight and management of equipment installation team, management of outside contractors, and regular customer communication.
  • Work directly with Sales Management team to prioritize and maximize the service team personnel and their interaction with existing and future customers.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

YOUR MUST HAVES:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 10 years of relevant experience.
  • 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Basic knowledge of such fields as accounting, business administration, construction or related
    • Valid driver's license.
WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:
  • Ability to read, analyze, and understand general business/company related articles and professional journals; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

Primarily and indoor/outdoor office environment, with regular customer site visits in a plant environment. While performing the functions of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, set, lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 10 lbs. Respective Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE”) will be required and the noise level can vary.
