Bid Manager

Summary/Objective
The Bid Manager has great project management skills, ensuring high quality bids are submitted on time and often within very tight timelines, and must be flexible to accommodate varying client needs, requirements, and deadlines. Additionally, the Bid Manager will work with a wide range of Subject Matter Experts across various functional areas to develop written communications that will be deployed across a variety of media.

- End-to-end management of the entire bid process from initial qualification through to contract signature, ensuring bids run to schedule, and in line with the ResultsCX bid process.
- Responsible for understanding, contributing, and aligning the proposal to the overall win strategy.
- Work with multiple workstreams globally, other ResultsCX divisions/business units and external partners to ensure the best proposal is developed.
- Work with multi-discipline teams to ensure all relevant proposal inputs are delivered on time and to the desired quality.
- Creation of bid plans, completion of internal & external bid documentation.
- Ensure the bid process is adhered to, including scheduling all bid meetings, reviews and ensuring relevant sign-off is obtained.
- Coordination and production of all relevant documentation including proposals, presentations, and site visit materials.
- Develop/distribute sales collateral and case studies.
- Coordinate and assist with the shaping of solutions and ensuring that high quality proposals/propositions are produced in line with the ResultsCX proposal methodology and client requirements.
- Support, plan for, and attend client presentations, site visits and workshops when required.
- Support and manage bids for New Business, Contract Renewals and Account Growth opportunities.
- Supports pre-sales activities such as proposition building, developing new content (presentations, proposals, case studies) and marketing campaigns.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field of study or equivalent education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Sales, Operations or Business Processing.
- Experience in managing large bids and opportunities in excess of $50m TCV.
Preferred Education and Experience
- 5 years' experience in BPO industry
- RFI/RFP/Project Management/Sales/Marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of working to stringent timeframes
- Good understanding of the BPO market
- Experience in writing and developing compelling proposals
