JOB SUMMARY: 

The Manager, Advocacy & Influence will play a key role in executing SalonCentric's Influencer Marketing strategy. This role is responsible for managing influencer campaigns, building strong relationships with key influencers and stakeholders, analyzing performance, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include the following, other duties may be assigned) 

 

Influencer Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, including campaign briefs, content calendars, influencer selection, and performance analysis. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.  

Relationship Building (Mid-Tier/Macro): Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, agency partners, brand contacts and internal stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and oversee long-term relationships, while continuously seeking opportunities to optimize influencer network and identify emerging talent.  

Budget Management & Reporting: Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment. Track campaign expenses and provide regular budget updates to leadership. Analyze campaign performance data and provide ROI optimization insights.  

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs for influencer campaigns and performance using relevant analytics tools. Analyze campaign results, identify areas for optimization, and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies. Prepare regular reports to communicate campaign performance to key stakeholders.  

Content Strategy & Development: Oversee the development of influencer content, ensuring quality, brand consistency, and legal compliance. Provide strategic guidance to influencers on content creation. 

Advocacy Program Management: Develop and manage both always-on (seeding, creative execution, etc.) and campaign-level (brand, education, etc.) programming in support of key annual social priorities. 

 

EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years relevant experience in social media & influencer marketing preferred.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and brand advocacy practices.
  • Excellent project management and cross functional team leadership skills.
  • Experience implementing marketing strategies online and offline.
  • Able to provide clear creative direction and critical feedback.
  • Strond communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to remain stationary or sit for the majority of scheduled day.
  • Able to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment throughout the day.
  • Ability to use normal office equipment regularly (computer, printer etc)
  • Ability to lift 10 LBS 
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
