Description

Job Title: MGR- Digital Business Systems Analyst

Function: Digital Analytics

Supervisor Title: AVP – Digital Analytics

Location: Clearwater, FL

ABOUT SALONCENTRIC: SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oréal USA, is the premiere distributor of salon professional products in the United States. Through its hundreds of stores, national field sales force and sub-distribution network, SalonCentric promotes the finest professional beauty brands and educates stylists on the latest products and trends.

JOB SUMMARY: As our MGR - Digital Business Systems Analyst, you will be the architect of the bridge between SalonCentric's marketing ambitions and our technical infrastructure. This is a liaison role: you will take marketing objectives and turn them into functional IT requirements. You aren't just managing tools; you are ensuring that our entire marketing stack—from CRM to Data Platforms—is integrated, documented, and delivering the data integrity required to drive the business forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Digital Marketing Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between Business Marketing stakeholders and IT. Translate high-level business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Requirements & Documentation: Own the end-to-end documentation of marketing technology processes. This includes business requirement documents (BRD), data mapping, and workflow diagrams to ensure no knowledge is lost between teams.
  • System Integration & Data Governance: Ensure that new and existing systems (CDP, CRM, OMS) "talk to each other" effectively. You will apply your understanding of data principles to oversee successful integrations and maintain a "single source of truth" for customer data.
  • Brand Advocacy & Prioritization: Represent SalonCentric in cross-divisional meetings and with external partners. You will be the advocate for our brand's needs during "enhancement prioritization" cycles, ensuring our technical roadmap aligns with our commercial goals.
  • UAT & Quality Assurance: Lead the testing phase for all new MarTech deployments. Using SQL and data validation techniques, you will ensure that what was built actually meets the business requirement before it goes live.

EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, a related field or relevant experience.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in a MarTech or Business Systems role, specifically acting as a liaison between digital marketing and technical IT execution.
  • Strong background in digital marketing ecosystems, with practical experience in customer lifecycle management, marketing automation platforms, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of data principles and system integration, including familiarity with how APIs, CDPs (Customer Data Platforms), and CRM systems exchange data to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation, including the ability to translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
  • SQL proficiency is required; you must be adept at writing queries, joining tables, and performing data validation to ensure system integrations are functioning correctly.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and UAT (User Acceptance Testing), with a track record of coordinating system enhancements, managing testing cycles, and ensuring final delivery meets business standards.

What's In It For You:

•              Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K)

•              Hybrid Work Policy (3 Days in Office, 2 Days Work from Home)

•              Flexible Time Off (Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Vacation Buy Program, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!)

•              Access to Company Perks (VIP Access to L'Oréal's Internal Shop for Discounted Products, Monthly Mobile Allowance)

•              Learning & Development Opportunities for Career Progression (Unlimited Access to E-learnings, Lunch & Learn Sessions, Mentorship Programs, & More!)

•              Employee Resource Groups (Think Tanks and Innovation Squads)

•              Access to Mental Health & Wellness Programs
